Forgotten Password Help

Please refer to the following guidelines, based on your login time, to get help if you have forgotten your password.

Students, Faculty, Staff & all BYU CAS/Net ID users

To receive help if you have forgotten your password, follow instructions on the CAS authentication page.

Others

If you are not using CAS / a Net ID to log into Canvas and you have forgotten your correct password, please submit a ticket to BYU-OIT at support.byu.edu Links to an external site. or by calling 801-422-4000.

This includes some or all participants in the following programs and categories:

BYU China Teaching Program
External tool management
Vendor access

Please allow 1-2 business days for your new password to be activated.
