McGraw-Hill Connect Integration
This article describes how to turn on the McGraw-Hill Connect Integration within one Canvas course. Method 1 adds a course navigation menu link to McGaw-Hill Connect. Method 2 adds a link within a module.
Method 1: Adding McGraw-Hill Connect to the Course Navigation Through Canvas Settings
In your Canvas course, open Settings.
Select Navigation.
Find McGraw-Hill Connect in the list of disabled navigation items. Select the menu button [1], then click + Enable [2]. The McGraw-Hill Connect item will jump from the list of disabled navigation items to the enabled items list. Click Save [3].
The link to McGraw-Hill Connect will now appear on the course navigation menu.
Method 2: Adding McGraw-Hill Connect as a Link in Modules
Open Modules.
Use the “+” button to add a new item to the module.
Select External Tool from the dropdown list [1]. Click McGraw-Hill Connect from the list of external tools [2]. The click Add Item [3].
Publish the link by toggling the symbol until it is a green check mark. It is now available for students to use.
