These quizzes keep track of the number of classes you have missed. Each quiz covers classes which were held the week of the quiz. There is only a required Tuesday class for the Provo sections this last week.

You can see the total number of days missed so far in the semester by going to Grades/Classes Missed. (It is at the very bottom). You can calculate your score so far by going here.
