Instructions
This is an open book, open note, open video, and open anything else (except other students!) quiz. Once the quiz is open you may navigate away from the quiz to view other materials and then return so long as you do not hit the submit button.
Respond to each question (typically yes or no) and then justify your answer by using the 4 conditions of Fair Use to present a case.
Note: After you take the quiz if you see a little yellow sign with an exclamation point next to a score of 0 out of 5, it's because we have not yet graded your quiz. You didn't really get a zero.
Important Note: Part of the quiz will ask you to make a screencast. Remember in screencast-o-matic that you can export to Youtube. Do this and then submit the URL. This is better than exporting the screencast as a movie file and trying to upload that.
