ASSIGNMENT: Final Coding Project and Lesson Plan

For this assignment you will need to create a new Scratch or micro:bit project based on a UEN standard Links to an external site. in a new subject area that you haven't created a project for.
In addition to the coding project itself, you must create a lesson plan on how you will use it in your class. Please use the lesson plan template provided at this link Download the lesson plan template provided at this link (You don't need to complete the accommodations section on the template). The Scratch or micro:bit project you create here can be a great complement to a larger unit that you are already engaged with. This project is open to your own creativity and classroom needs. Look at the rubric to ensure that you demonstrate basic competence and to know what is required to demonstrate greater mastery.
There are two key parts to this final project.
Part 1 (your coded project and lesson plan) must be turned in by the Monday of finals. Make sure to post a video of you showing your project working and talking about how you'd use it in the classroom in the class discussion forum.
Part 2 requires that you comment on 3 other students' projects in the discussion forum by noon on the last day of finals. Also, remember to complete your student ratings, as there is a yes/no question about completing those on the final survey.
NOTE: in order to get credit for this project, your project must function properly.
