ASSIGNMENT: Microbit Science Lesson

Now that you've followed along with coding a science project using microbits, it is time to code your own microbit science activity! Microbits can be fantastic tools for creating or collecting scientific data.  For this assignment, you will code a microbit to conduct a scientific inquiry that is different from the lecture you just completed (i.e., the soil moisture demo).  

To submit your project:

1. Share your completed microbit file(s) by clicking on the "Share" button in the upper left-hand corner of the makecode editor.  Copy the link(s) and submit them in Canvas.
2. Create a short video showing your project working. To earn full points, explain the scientific or computational principles at play with your project (e.g., why electrons flow more easily through wet soil; how a transmitter + receiver works).
3. Identify which UEN standard this activity could be used to help satisfy (see https://www.uen.org/core/science/ Links to an external site.)
